CHAP. 394.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William H. Head.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William H. Head.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is. authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and restrictions of the pension law, the name of William H. Head, late a soldier in Company G, Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, and during the Mexican war, and pay him at the rate of sixteen dollars a month, in lieu of the amount now paid him under certificate numbered sixteen thousand six hundred and twenty-one.
