CHAP. 393.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Horace B. Seeley, captain Company K, Eighty-sixth Regiment New York Infantry Volunteers.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Horace B. Seeley.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Horace B. Seeley, late a captain of Company K. Eighty-sixth Regiment New York infantry Volunteers, fifty dollars per month.
Nothing in this act shall be construed to prevent a further increase of pension by the Pension Office upon proof that theFurther increased. disability has increased. Approved, February 28, 1891.
