CHAP. 389.— An Act granting an increase of pension to James McMullin.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James McMullin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 389-393. 1891.1393 on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James McMullin, late of Company I, One hundred and eighteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and the Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry, at the rate of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
