CHAP. 386.— An Act granting a pension to John Carter.May 28, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Carter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws, the name of John Carter, late private of Company D, Sixtieth Regiment United States Colored Troops, and pay him a pension at the rate of Eighteen dollars per month. Approved, May 28, 1890.
