CHAP. 385.— An act to prohibit the granting of liquor licenses within one mile of the Soldiers’ Home.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Liquor licenses prohibited within one mile of Soldiers Home. D.C. That on and after the passage of this act no license for the sale of intoxicating liquor at any place within one mile of the Soldiers’ Home property in the District of Columbia shall be granted.
