CHAP. 381.— An Act for the relief of H. J. Cheney.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,H. J. Cheney.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to H. J. Cheney, of Nashville, Tennessee, superintendent of the registry department in the post-office at Nashville, Tennessee, six hundred and twenty-one dollars and sixty-eight cents, that being the amount stolen in registered letters from his office in said post-office building, without neglect or fault of his, on the fourth day of May, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and by him promptly and fully accounted for to the Government.
