CHAP. 378.— An Act to pension Frances E. Bidwell.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frances E. Bidwell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Frances E. Bidwell, daughter of Daniel D. Bidwell, late brigadier-general United States volunteers, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1891.
