CHAP. 375.— An Act increasing the pension of Mrs. Ruth M. Allen.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ruth M. Allen.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Ruth M. Allen, widow of Captain John Allen, of the Mexican war, the sum of twelve dollars a month, in lieu of the amount now paid her as pension. Approved, February 27, 1891.
