CHAP. 375.— An Act granting a pension to Joanna W. Turner.May 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joanna W. Turner.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joanna W. Turner, widow of William D. Turner, late surgeon Ninety-seventh Illinois Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month, from the pas-sage of this act, in lieu of the pension now received by her. Approved, May 27, 1890.
