CHAP. 373.— An Act granting a pension to Marion McKibbenFebruary 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Marion McKibben.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marion McKibben, widow of David B. McKibben, late colonel of the One hundred and fifty-eighth and the Two hundred and fourteenth Regiments Pennsylvania Infantry, and brevet brigadier-general United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month from the date of her husband’s death, November eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety.
