CHAP. 366.— An Act to increase the pension of Thomas Chapman.May 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Chapman.Pension increased. That the pension of Thomas Chapman, of Campbell County, Tennessee, evidenced by pension certificate numbered fourteen thousand one hundred and fifty-seven, be, and the same hereby is, increased to the sum of twenty- five dollars per month, his disabilities being such as to require the constant attention of some person to take care of him. Approved, May 27, 1890.
