CHAP. 361.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Agnes B. Collins.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Agnes B. Collins.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Agnes B. Collins, widow of Joseph B. Collins, late a major and brevet colonel of the United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month as a major’s widow, the same to be in lieu of the pension now drawn by her.
