CHAP. 354.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Rachel Wright.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rachel Wright.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Rachel Wright, mother of Charles Wright, late a teamster in the United States Army; said pension to commence from the date of approval of this act, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1891.
