CHAP. 354.— An Act asking an increase of pension for Mary H. NicholsonMay 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary H. Nicholson.Pension increased.Vol. 25, p. 1300. That the Secretary of Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary H. Nicholson, widow of the late Rear-Admiral J. W. A. Nicholson, United States Navy, at the rate of one hundred dollars a month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, May 24, 1890.
