CHAP. 351.— An Act granting a pension to William C. Young.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William C. Young.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William C. Young, late a private in Captain N. P. Dodson’s company of Colonel William Lindsey’s regiment of Tennessee Volunteers of the Cherokee war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six to eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and allow him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
