CHAP. 351.— An Act increasing the pension of Mary Minor Hoxey.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United. States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Minor Hoxey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior of the United States be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll of the United States the name of Mary Minor Hoxey, widow of Brevet Major Benjamin W Hoxey, late of the United States Volunteers, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, according to the rules and regulations governing pensions which shall be in lieu of the pension which the said Mary Minor Hoxey is now drawing as such widow.
