CHAP. 350.— An Act granting a pension to Hannah Cummins.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hannah Cummins.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to put on the pension roll the name of Hannah Cummins, widow of William Cummins, late a private in Captain Fordyce’s company of Ohio troops in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, at the rate of thirty dollars per month; the same to be in lieu of pension now being paid to her. Approved, February 27, 1891.
