CHAP. 350.— An Act to increase the pension of James C. Copeland.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James C. Copeland.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay James C. Copeland, of Wolf Creek, Pike County, Arkansas, late a private in Company A, of Yell's regiment Arkansas troops, Mexican war, a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars a month, in lieu of that which he now receives, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, May 24, 1890.
