CHAP. 349.— An Act to increase pension of Richard W. Spain, late Sergeant Company. A, Second Dragoons, United States Army.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Richard W. Spain.Pension increased.. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls the name of Richard W. Spain, late Sergeant Company A, Second Regiment United States Dragoons, subject to limitations of law, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving under certificate numbered ninety six hundred and twenty, Mexican war. Approved, May 24, 1890.
