CHAP. 348.— An Act for the relief of Elizabeth Truax.February 27, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Truax.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Elizabeth Truax, dependent sister of Henry Truax, late a private of Company C, in the Twenty-second Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, and to pay to her the sum twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1891.
