CHAP. 347.— An Act to increase the pension of Stephen Cooper.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Stephen Cooper.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Stephen Cooper, a veteran of the War of eighteen hundred and twelve and Black Hawk war, from eight dollars per month to fifty dollars per month. Approved, May 24, 1890.
