CHAP. 344.— An Act to grant a pension to Samuel L. Dark.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel L. Dark, tension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Samuel L. Dark, who was a sergeant in Captain John Stennett's company in the Black Hawk war, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month. Approved, May 24, 1890.
