CHAP. 341.— An Act granting an increase of pension to General Isaac F. Quinby.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac F. Quinby.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Isaac F. Quinby, late a brevet major-general in the Array of the United States, at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month; said pension to be in lieu of that which he now receives. Approved, February 25, 1891.
