CHAP. 341.— An Act to pension Emily G. Mills.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emily G. Mills.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is. directed to have the name of Emily G. Mills, as widow of Oscar B. Mills, late a second assistant engineer in the United States Navy (retired), placed on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, May 24, 1890.
