CHAP. 339.— An Act to grant a pension to Elender Johnston.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elender Johnston.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Blender Johnston, widow of Joseph Johnston, ensign of the company of Captain J. W. Redding, in the regiment commanded by Colonel Alexander Russel, in the Black Hawk war, in May, eighteen hundred and thirty two, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1891.
