CHAP. 339.— An Act to pension Helen A. Moore.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Helen A. Moore.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helen A, Moore, widow of John S. Moore formerly captain of Company E, Second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, May 24, 1890.
