CHAP. 333.— An Act to pension Mary J. Mann widow of John W. Mann, who served in the Indian war.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary J. Mann.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mary J. Mann, of Sumpter. Bradley County, Arkansas, the widow of John W. Mann, deceased, who 1164FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS.
Sess. I. Chs. 333-337. 1890. served in Captain Richburge’s company, from the State of Alabama, Indian war, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay her the same pension as is allowed by law to the widows of the soldiers of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, May 24, 1890.
