CHAP. 331.— An Act increasing the pension of William L. Horn.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William L. Horn.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll of the United States the name of William L. Horn, late a private Company H, Third Regiment Tennessee Volunteers, in the Mexican war, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, according to the rules and regulations governing pensions, which shall be in lieu of the pension which the said William L. Horn is now drawing as such Mexican veteran. Approved, February 25, 1891.
