CHAP. 330.— An Act to Pension Samuel Wyrick for service in the Indian War.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Wyrick.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Samuel Wyrick, of Magnolia, Arkansas, who served in Captain Darrell Smith’s Company of Cavalry from the State of South Carolina, Seminole war, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, May 24, 1890.
