CHAP. 324.— An Act granting a pension to Eliza Jane Saunders.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Jane Saunders.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Eliza Jane Saunders, stepmother of Philip N. Saunders and Jay Saunders, late privates in Company I, Twentieth Michigan Volunteers, as if she was the mother of said Philip N. Saunders and Jay Saunders, and place said Eliza Jane Saunders on the rolls as a dependent mother. Approved, February 25, 1891.
