CHAP. 322.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs Mary B. FloydFebruary 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary B. Floyd.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby instructed to place on the pension-rolls Mrs. Mary B. Floyd, of Newton County, Georgia, widow of John B. Floyd, late a captain of a company of Georgia troops, in the Creek Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay her a pension, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 25, 1891.
