CHAP. 320.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Abram Duryee.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Albert Mabb.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll Albert Mabb, late of Company H. Twenty- first Regiment Iowa Infantry Volunteers, at the rate of forty dollars per month, the same to be in lieu of his present pension of ten dollars per month. Approved, May 24, 1890.
