CHAP. 319.— An Act granting a pension to Martha A. Kendrick.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha A. Kendrick.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha A. Kendrick, widow of Lafayette Kendrick, who was killed November twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, while in the service of the United States and acting as a member of Company D, Second Arkansas Infantry. Approved, February 25, 1891.
