CHAP. 318.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Lydia N. Atkinson.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lydia N. Atkinson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Lydia N. Atkinson, of Fulton County, Georgia, whose husband, W. D. Atkinson, was a private soldier in Captain W. C. Dawson’s company in the Creek Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and allow her a pension at eight dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1891.
