CHAP. 317.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Andrew J. Ferguson.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew J. Ferguson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the limitations of existing laws, the name of Andrew J. Ferguson, late of Company B, Sixty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and allow him a pension of sixteen dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving under certificate numbered three hundred and forty-six thousand one hundred and forty-six. Approved, May 24, 1890.
