CHAP. 313.— An Act granting a pension to Daniel M Dull, late a soldier of the Mexican war.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel M. Dull.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is, authorized to place upon the pension-rolls, subject to the condition and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel M. Dull, late an acting second lieutenant in Company M, of the Second Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry in the Mexican war. the rate of pension to be seventeen dollars per month. Approved, May 24, 1890.
