CHAP. 312.— An Act granting a pension to James H. Orr.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. Orr.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of James H. Orr, late of Company E, Seventh Kentucky Cavalry, and subsequently of Company F, Fortieth Kentucky Mounted Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitation of the pension laws. Approved, February 25, 1891.
