CHAP. 309.— An Act granting a pension to John Gallagher.February 25, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Gallagher, alias John Gunner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of John Gallagher, who. under the name of John Gunner, served five years as a soldier in the Florida war in Company I, Third Regiment United States Artillery, and to pay said Gallagher twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1891.
