CHAP. 307.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Ann Allan.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Ann Allan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls the name of Mary Ann Allan, of Louisville, Kentucky, and pay her at the rate of twenty-five dollars a month, the said Mary Ann Allan being the widow of John Piner, who served in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, May 24, 1890.
