CHAP. 305.— An Act granting a pension to Mary E. Tipton.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary E. Tipton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law, the name of Mary E. Tipton, widow of W. B. Tipton, late a member of Company G, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, Mexican War. Approved, May 24, 1890.
