CHAP. 302.— An Act granting a pension to George L. Beighley.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George L. Beighley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George L. Beighley, late a private of Company D, One hundred and sixty-ninth Regiment Drafted Pennsylvania Militia. Approved, May 24, 1890.
