CHAP. 30.— An Act for the relief of the heirs of Noah W. Yoder.March 11, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Noah W. Yoder.Pension to children of. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjudicate the pension claim of Catharine Z Yoder, late widow of Noah W. Yoder, second lieutenant of Company G, Fifty-first Regiment Ohio Volunteers, and pay to the surviving children of said Noah W. Yoder a pension at the rate provided by the general pension laws, from the date of his death until they severally arrive at the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 11, 1890.
