CHAP. 298.— An Act for the relief of James Brown.February 24, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Brown.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion resting upon the military record of James Brown, late of Company B, Sixty-third Regiment New York Infantry Volunteers. Approved, February 24, 1891.
