CHAP. 295.— An Act providing for a board to examine and report as to the physical condition of William C. Spencer at the time of his resignation from the Army.February 24, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William C. Spencer.Army Board to examine physical condition. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to appoint a board of officers of the Army to ascertain and report as to the physical condition of William C.
Spencer, late Captain in the United States Army, at the time of his resignation from said service, and the disability, if any, under which he was then suffering, and whether by reason of the same he was entitled to retirement at the time of his said resignation, and to report to Congress the findings of said board. Approved, February 24, 1891.
