CHAP. 293.— An Act granting a pension to Helen Plunkett.May 24, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Helen Plunkett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Helen Plunkett, widow of Sergeant Thomas Plunkett, Company E, Twenty-first Massachusetts Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, May 24, 1890.
