CHAP. 292.— An Act for the relief of D. H. Mitchell.February 24, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,D. H. Mitchell.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to D. H. Mitchell, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated; the sum of nine thousand two hundred and seventy dollars and eighty-three cents, in full satisfaction for seven thousand four hundred and sixteen and sixty-seven one-hundredths bushels of corn delivered to the assistant quartermaster at Fort Harker, Kansas, during the months of November and December, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, and during the months of January, February, March, and April, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-nine.
