CHAP. 290.— An Act granting a pension to Allen McCowan.May 23, 1890: *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alien McCowan.Pension. The the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and conditions of the general pension laws, the name of Allen McCowan, late a private in Company A, Brown County Battalion, Kansas Militia. Approved, May 23, 1890.
