CHAP. 289.— An Act granting a pension to Laura Yourtee.May 23, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Laura Yourtee.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs Laura A. Yourtee, widow of Samuel L. Yourtee, late chaplain of the Fifth and Eighty-third Regiments Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate prescribed by law for a chaplains widow. Approved, May 23, 1890.
