CHAP. 285.— An Act to place the name of Mary Welch upon the pension-roll.May 22, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Welch.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Mary Welch, widow of Andrew E. Welch, late of Company F, Eleventh Michigan Infantry Volunteers. Approved, May 22, 1890.
