CHAP. 283.— An Act granting a pension to Julia E. Phillips.May 22, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Julia E. Phillips.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Julia E. Phillips, widow of Joseph L. Phillips, late of Company C, One hundred and fourth New York Volunteers, at the rate of thirty dollar's per month. Approved, May 22, 1890.
